These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seekid website at seekid.us and your purchase of products from Seekid.
The website is operated by Hong Kong Xingmai Technology Limited ("Seekid," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them.
1. Eligibility
Our ecommerce website and purchasing services are intended for adults who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Products sold by Seekid may be purchased by adults as gifts for children. Where a product is used by a child, parents or guardians are responsible for appropriate supervision and for following applicable product instructions and safety information.
2. Online Store Terms
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website;
- Introduce malicious code or harmful technology;
- Interfere with the website's security or operation;
- Use automated tools to misuse or disrupt the service;

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, website, or legal rights.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, photographs, videos, dimensions, and other product information accurately.
However, colors and visual appearance may vary depending on your screen or device.
Minor packaging, manufacturing, or cosmetic variations that do not materially affect product functionality may occur.
We reserve the right to update or improve product specifications where appropriate, provided that any changes do not materially misrepresent a product already ordered.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
We may change product prices from time to time. Price changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
Taxes, duties, or other charges may apply depending on the customer's location and applicable law. Any amounts collected through checkout will be displayed where applicable.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

- Payment authorization failure;
- Shipping restrictions; or

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and before fulfillment, we will refund the applicable amount.

6. Payment
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. Your use of a particular payment service may also be subject to the terms of that payment provider.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated standard delivery time is generally 3–8 business days after order processing.
We currently provide free standard shipping on eligible orders and destinations available through our checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
Unless a return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrect item for which we accept responsibility, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds are normally processed by us within 3–5 business days after approval. Your financial institution or payment provider may require an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund.

9. Intellectual Property
The Seekid website and its contents, including branding, product photographs, graphics, videos, designs, text, logos, layouts, and other materials owned by or licensed to us are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Unless authorized by us or permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, republish, modify, or create derivative works from our website content.
10. Reviews and User Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or intentionally misleading.
Where permitted by applicable law and subject to any permissions presented at the time of submission, you may grant us the right to use submitted content for operating, promoting, and improving our business.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seekid and Hong Kong Xingmai Technology Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products where such liability may legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Hong Kong Xingmai Technology Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
17. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms and your use of the website are generally governed by the laws applicable to Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
